What I've been up to: Holy cow, it's another year already! This marks the start of the 11th year I've been doing this web site. Wow!! As some of you know in the last year I had a beautiful baby boy (not that I'm biased!) and I've been learning just how much motherhood affects life! My son is totally worth it but some things have had to slip by the wayside, I'm sad to say. (This site won't be one of them, although sometimes it may take me a while to get things posted, so be patient.) I am really looking forward to the reunion this coming summer!

What I've been up to: hey hey! Afcent is without hands down the place to be in school and i miss it dearly. Ive been attending Berklee College of Music and hope to visit the Netherlands soon.

What I've been up to: I live in West Palm Beach, FL with my husband Jason. I have been teaching fifth grade for eight years. I still enjoy playing soccer and now also tennis. I like hearing how eveyone is doing now so please email me.

What I've been up to: Class of '77. Attended Univ of Nebraska. Moved around -- lived in AZ, FL & NJ, working as a Professional Meeting Planner for Trade Associations and Engineering Scoieties. Lots of traveling to sites organizing evets & meetings. Finally met someone who would put up with me (a career Army soldier) and settled down. He retired and now I plan events, weddings, parties, etc. and have two terrific boys!

What I've been up to: I spent my sophmore year at AFCENT and went back to Soesterbeg when the new high School opened. (Yes, I'm an ex dormie). I live in California in the Sacramento area and I'm involed in Scottish Acttivites in the area including learning the bagpipes. I go back to England a Scotland whenever I can and work really keeps me busy. Went back to Holland back in 1996 and it certainly brought back alot of memories. Sure like to hear from the old gang. Mark "Bear" Trombley, Dena Neal, Jose Amor, Anita Nicolson, Roxanne Kennedy, or anybody eles who remembers me. Cheers.

What I've been up to: I since have moved from Europe and back to Canada. I have been able to keep in touch with a couple friends from AFCENT, including Karim Preston and Brittany Russell the most. If you were in any of my classes, I would love to hear from you, especially Adam Smolonsky... once you moved to Italy bud, you seemed to have only spoken to me once or twice. I look forward to hearing from anyone of you, just to catch up on old times. The greatest memory had to have been the Crete trip in grade 7.

What I've been up to: After graduating I attended the University of Maryland Augsburg campus for one year then headed back to Utah. I worked for a company in SLC until I transferred to thier office in Cincinnati, OH. I met my husband Darryl and got married in 99. I worked for Fidelity Investments for 5 years. I have a 2yr old son Dylan who keeps me BUSY. In April 05 we made the move to Charleston, SC. I love it here. I've spent the last 10 months enjoying my son and having fun. I've had a lot of time to surf the web and walk down memory lane! I'd love to hear from some old friends!

What I've been up to: I am very pleased to have received you alls e-mail. I have really been wanting to hear from some of my AFCENT classmates. I came over from Geilenkirchen. Im not sure how to make myself familiar to you all, so Ill start with the fact that I am African American, I had braces, I dated Bruno Baurin (Canadian/French) both years I was there. I played basketball, ran track, cheered on JV for a while and I hung out with a lot of the upper classman, because I hung out a lot with Bruno and his friends. Anyway, I cant remember what class Bruno graduated with, so if either of you still have contact with him, will you please give him my e-mail address. I would really like to know how and what he is doing.

What I've been up to: This is an update! I live in Flowery Branch, GA (just north of Atlanta) with my Wife, Carol, and our two children, Jay (10) and Peyton (5). I presently work in the IT department at a medical records processing company. My wife is a nurse and works at a local surgery center. Needless to say my life has stabilized. I talk about moving to Tennessee all the time, but then stay in Georgia. We have lived here since 1992. What I've been up to: Here's a short bio: Got married again last November, I have two boys of my own and two stepsons (ages 16, 15, 14 & 12!!!). I work as a Marketing Administrator for a software development co. in Lawton, OK, and my husband just started his own network consulting business. We attended the 2005 Vegas reunion, and I'm ready for the next one!

What I've been up to: I'm living in Thompson Station, TN south of Nashville. I've been married for 10 years and have three kids. I most recently taught kindergarten before becoming a full time mom. I would love to hear from any of my AFCENT friends or teachers!
Name: Diane McDonald (Blueford)

What I've been up to: Returned to the U.S. in 1972 to Maryland. My parents moved to FL in the early 80's and a most of the family followed them down. I live and work in Baltimore and work at the U of MD for 24 years now...can't say I would ever be bored. My brother Mike (72) and sister Cathy live in Maryland too. What I've been up to: I'm not an alumnus, but I did teach at AIHS. I also worked in the main office for 2 years. After we left The Netherlands in 1997, we moved to Hawaii for 4 years. We are now living in the Des Moines, IA area where I continue to teach English.

What I've been up to: Finally making an update. Since being at AIHS moved back to Virginia where i met my wife. You'd be amazed of how small the world is. I ran into sheryl swiley and michael blevins at a mall years ago. And finally reunited over the phone with other friends i grew up with. Moved from VA to NC because my wife joined the military and thats where we landed for about 6 yrs and now we are living in southern MD near minutes from DC and VA. We now together have 4 beautiful boys to spread the Price name and i currently have my own security business. Name: Lynn-nore Rives Chittom
Years at AIHS: 1986-1990
What I've been up to: It's been a while since I've posted a comment, and some things have changed since my last post, but I'll catch everybody up on life since AFCENT. I went to East Tennessee State University and graduated and got married in 1994. My husband and I moved to Massachusetts for him to attend seminary and we both wound up getting Masters degrees while we were there. We lived in Massachusetts for 11 1/2 years - about 8 years longer than we had planned. We have two kids, now. Our daughter, Kara, is in 1st Grade and our son, Caleb, just turned one in July. Last December we moved from the North Shore of Massachusetts to Hendersonville, TN, just North of Nashville. My husband is working for Thomas Nelson Publishing in Nashville, I'm doing some freelance writing and spending most of my time taking care of my kids and visiting with my parents. My dad grew up here, and my parents retired here last summer. I keep in touch with quite a few close friends from AFCENT, but would love to hear from anyone who rememebers me. What I've been up to: 2006-Time flies! Can't believe it's been almost 20 years since graduation. I'm still in Amarillo, TX. Danny and I have been divorced now for 7 years. Believe it or not, our daughter is a senior this year and our son is now in 8th grade. As for updates on teachers, Mr. Zuber is still teaching at AFCENT (AFNORTH) Mrs. Zuber retired this summer ('06). Hope the years have been good to everyone.

What I've been up to: Hey All! The down and dirty...Retired from the Marine Corps after 23 years and am now a Tactical Safety Specialist (for the Marine Corps) which means I deploy just as I did while in (they just pay me better now). The difference is that instead of blowing things up I now focus on preventing mishaps. I have two boys, 14 and 12, a girlfriend with two girls, 6 and 6 wks. Live in Havelock NC, home of the 2nd Marine Air Wing. Feel free to contact anytime. AFCENT was a very memorable time for me and a place I always think back too. Was Deployed during last Reunion, want to attend the next.
Name: Jennifer (Schmidt) Olomon
Years at AIHS: 1989-1991 (c/o '95)
What I've been up to: I was at Afcent for 7th and 8th grade, then moved to Georgia. Finished high school there, continuing with the clarinet. I graduated in '95 from Warner Robins High School, then moved to Waco, Texas to attend Baylor University. I first majored in political science, but changed after a semester to computer science. In my sophomore year I met the man who was to become my husband and we married that summer ('97). In my senior year I got pregnant with our first child, so when I graduated in '99 I was already in my second trimester. :) NOT easy to finish up senior level courses with daily morning sickness! :) Anyway, our daughter was born in '99 and I started my career as a stay at home mom. In '02 our son came along, and then in '05 we had another son. These kids are the light of my life, they're just such neat people! When they're at school or napping, I ork from home doing freelance programming, web design, prospect research, doula work (it's a type of childbirth attendant) and occasionally I do seamstress work (usually wedding gowns, where I can devote a lot of time to doing the detailed work on them). I still quilt--in fact, if anyone remembers the last semester or so of 8th grade where we were in a hobby class, and we were working on a friendship quilt...I finished it and it's hanging on my wall right at this moment! :) I believe it was Jennifer Suverkrop (sp?), Miranda Carroll, and I think maybe Sylvia Schullen? Name: M. Melissa Williams

What I've been up to: After leaving AFCENT in 95, I attended Rutherford High School in Panama City, Fl. I graduated in '97 and attended Florida State University (Go Noles!!!), where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies. Upon graduation, I received my commission as a 2nd Lt in the US Air Force. I have now been in the AF for 5 years. As luck (or whatever you want to call it) would have it the AF sent me back to Panama City, where I have been stationed for almost 3 years. I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan. I would love to talk to anyone that was at AFCENT when I was. Send me an email...I can check it while I'm here:-).
